• The objective of this page is to keep everyone, locals and visitors, up to date with any noteworthy bird sightings on the Isle of Mull.

• In the case of rarer species, details would also be passed on to the Argyll Recorder Jim Dickson (argyllbirder@outlook.com) who may require a full description (ABRC-form) before the record is accepted.

• Please be sensitive and refrain from revealing specific locations of Mull's schedule 1 species during the breeding season - White-Tailed Eagles, Golden Eagles and Hen Harriers along with Short-eared Owls and Otters. A broader location description would be highly advised.

• Check Species list before reporting sightings - We are trying to encourage using BTO Birdtrack for all bird sightings (especially the more regularly observed species) on Mull, The updated app is excellent and very user friendly!
